Credit Today’s Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase conference returns this year with an exclusive panel featuring four of the country’s biggest banks.
The event, is being held in Manchester’s Central Convention Centre on 15 November and will feature all four of the mainstream lenders speaking on the banking panel covering decision-making and what sort of debts they plan to sell in the near future.
Panellists from HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander and Barclays will also be giving delegates the creditor view on debt collection, outsourcing and debt sale.
The speakers are Kevan McGrail head of credit operations for HSBC, Euan McPherson head of debt recovery at Lloyds Banking Group, Jaime Graham head of collections and recoveries for Santander and Huw Vaughan senior operations manager unsecured collections and recoveries at Barclays.
This is an annual conference dedicated to collections and debt sale or debt purchase professionals and attracts an audience of more than 200.
The conference also takes place before the Debt Collection Awards held in the evening at the Palace
